Vegetable quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese - 2 Tbsp
- thinly sliced scallions - 1/4 c
- garlic - 1/2 tsp
- Italian seasonings
- chopped spinach or broccoli - 10 oz
- 9-inch deep dish, unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make vegetable quiche:
Heat oven to 375°. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese, spinach or broccoli and scallions on top of unbaked pie shell. Combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, milk, cornstarch, Italian seasonings, salt, pepper and garlic. Beat well and pour over cheese mixture in pie shell. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Kid Friendly, Picnic, To go....
