Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- can coconut - 7 oz
- box vanilla wafers, crumbled - 12 oz
How to make vanilla wafer cake:
Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Add milk, cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 325° until done.Use Cream Cheese Icing for layers and on top or cook in a tube pan.
