  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • vinegar
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • Spanish peanuts
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • mini marshmallows - 3 c
  • medium can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • large apples - 4 item
  • juice from pineapple - 1 item

How to make taffy apple salad:

Drain pineapple and save juice. Dice apples. Cook flour, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and egg until thick. Cool. In large bowl, mix marshmallows, pineapple, apples, peanuts and cooled sauce, then add Cool Whip. Chill 2 hours.
