Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sliced almonds - 1/2 c
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • miniature marshmallows
  • fresh strawberries, cut in half

How to make strawberry surprise:

Heat milk to boiling. Add marshmallows and stir at medium heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat and allow to cool thoroughly.

Whip the cream. Fold berries and whipped cream into cooled marshmallow mixture. Pour into sherbet glasses and chill for several hours. Serve with almonds sprinkled over top or garnish with fresh mint leaves.
