Strawberry salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cream cheese - 1 pkg
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• sour cream
• cold water - 1 c
• nuts - 1/2 c
• hot water - 2 c
• celery - 1/2 c
• frozen strawberries - 1 pkg
• crushed bananas - 2 item
• large box strawberry jello - 1 item
• chopped apples or pineapple - 1 c

How to make strawberry salad:

Topping:1 c. sour cream1 pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Dissolve the jello in the hot water. Add cold water. After the liquid has cooled, add the frozen strawberries, crushed bananas, celery, nuts and apples or pineapple. Cover and put mixture in the refrigerator.

Using a mixer on medium speed, mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until all ingredients are creamed together well. Smooth the topping on the jello once it has congealed. Return to the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
