Strawberry salad

Ingredients/Components

• chopped pecans - 1 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• Cool Whip - 9 oz
• miniature marshmallows - 2 c

How to make strawberry salad:

Soften cream cheese. Add dry jello to cream cheese and mix. Thaw and mash strawberries; drain juice and if necessary, add water to make one cup liquid. (Set aside mashed strawberries.) Bring juice to a full boil. Add cream cheese and jello mixture, stirring until it is dissolved good. Add mashed strawberries, pecans and marshmallows. Mix well and then gently fold in Cool Whip. Pour into tube pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
