  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • pecans
  • mashed strawberries - 2 c

How to make strawberry bread:

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, berries and pecans. Stir just until all are moistened. Pour into well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes, or until bread tests done. Cool in pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes 2 loaves.
