Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- strawberries, chopped fine
How to make strawberry bread:
Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Make well in center. Stir together remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Spoon into two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Strawberry, Breads, Berries.
