- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- oil
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- warm water
- yeast - 2 pkg
- frozen strawberries - 2 (10
How to make strawberry bread:
Pour 1 cup warm water in large bowl. Sprinkle in yeast. Stir until dissolved. Add sugar, salt and 1/2 the flour. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Beat in egg and soft shortening. Mix rest of flour until soft dough to handle.Store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Punch down daily until used. Make in rolls and let rise 2 hours before baking in 400° oven. Keeps 5 days in refrigerator.
