  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • strawberries may be frozen or thawed - 2 c

How to make strawberry bread:

Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Blend into egg mixture. Add nuts and strawberries. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Yield: 2 loaves.
