Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil
  • chopped pecans optional
  • each pkg - 2 oz

How to make strawberry bread:

In a large bowl, thaw strawberries and add eggs and oil. Mix well. In another bowl, sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar together. Add strawberry mixture to flour mixture. Add pecans, if desired, and mix well. Pour into two buttered and floured loaf pans; bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
