Strawberry bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 4 item
• chopped pecans
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil
• fresh strawberries or unsweetened frozen undrained, thawed - 20 oz

How to make strawberry bread:

Beat oil and eggs until fluffy. Add berries and mix well. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and sugar and add to egg mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour batter into 2 greased and lightly floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
