Stir and drop sugar cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 2/3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
How to make stir and drop sugar cookies:
Heat oven to 400°. Mix eggs, sugar, oil, lemon peel and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, on an ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
