Sour cream apple pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• egg - 1 item
• margarine - 4 Tbsp
• 9-inch unbaked pie shell
• large apples - 4 item

How to make sour cream apple pie:

Topping:1/3 c. sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon4 Tbsp. margarine Peel and chop apples. Mix rest of pie ingredients (not topping) together and add apples. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

While baking, mix topping together until crumbly. Remove pie from oven and cover with topping. Bake for 10 more minutes.
