Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 3 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • chopped scallions - 1/2 c
  • crumbled Blue cheese - 3 oz
  • red seedless grapes - 4 c
  • uncooked shell macaroni - 8 oz
  • medium clove garlic, finely minced or garlic powder - 1 item

How to make shells and grapes:

Cook macaroni "al dente" (slightly underdone). Drain. While hot, combine with grapes, scallions, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir well. Stir into macaroni until evenly mixed. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours or overnight. Toss before serving.
