Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped scallions - 1/2 c
- crumbled Blue cheese - 3 oz
- red seedless grapes - 4 c
- uncooked shell macaroni - 8 oz
- medium clove garlic, finely minced or garlic powder - 1 item
How to make shells and grapes:
Cook macaroni "al dente" (slightly underdone). Drain. While hot, combine with grapes, scallions, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir well. Stir into macaroni until evenly mixed. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours or overnight. Toss before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Pasta, Pasta shells.
