Rhubarb salad
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2/3 c
- box strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- cooked rhubarb, sweetened to taste or 1 pkg - 2 c
How to make rhubarb salad:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot rhubarb. Allow to cool. Add crushed pineapple, juice and all. Add the nuts. Refrigerate until set. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Salads.
