Rhubarb punch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- ginger ale - 1 qt
- juice of 6 lemons
- fresh rhubarb 1 lb - 1 qt
How to make rhubarb punch:
Cook rhubarb in 2 quarts water until soft. Strain through cloth bag. Dissolve sugar in 2 cups water. Boil for 10 minutes. Cool. Add lemon and pineapple juice. Mix with rhubarb mixture. Chill. Add 1 quart ginger ale when ready to serve. Makes 1 gallon. Serves 24.Recipe categories: Drinks, Pineapple, Punch beverage.
