Ingredients/Components

• butter - 3 Tbsp
• cloves garlic - 2 item
• mushrooms - 2 c
• scallions - 1/2 doz
• wild rice - 1 c
• frozen snow peas - 1 pkg
• pieces red snapper - 4 item

How to make red snapper:

Cook garlic, butter, mushrooms and peas together in wok or deep pan until sauce is clear. Add scallions and stir. Cook over fish and serve over dish of prepared wild rice.
