Pumpkin chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• pumpkin - 1 c
• egg - 1 item
• cooking oil - 1/2 c
• nuts optional - 1/2 c
• baking soda, dissolved in 1 tsp - 1 tsp

How to make pumpkin chip cookies:

Mix together pumpkin, sugar, cooking oil and egg; set aside. In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients in given order; add together with pumpkin mixture. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
