Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch
- cocoa - 1 1
- nonfat dry milk solids - 4 c
How to make pudding mix:
Store dry ingredients in airtight container. For pudding, combine 1 cup mix with milk in pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in butter and vanilla. Yields 9 batches (4 servings per batch).Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Puddings and mousses.
