Potluck pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- oz pkg pasta - 8 item
- sweet red pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
- zucchini or yellow summer squash, halved lengthwise and sliced - 1 item
- 1-10 oz frozen peas, thawed
- 1-6 oz can ripe, pitted olives
- C whole almonds, toasted - 1 item
- C thinly sliced green onions - 1/2 item
- tsp dried oregano, basil OR dill - 2 item
- Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again
- C cider OR wine vinegar - 1/4 item
- tsp celery OR garlic salt - 1/4 item
How to make potluck pasta salad:
