Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 2 2
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • flour rounded - 1 Tbsp
  • celery seed to taste - 1 item
  • potatoes, cooked and diced - 1 item
  • onions to taste - 1 item
  • vinegar plus 1 c - 1/2 c

How to make potato salad:

Mayonnaise:3 level Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp. flour (rounded)1 tsp. dry mustard1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper2 eggs1/2 c. vinegar plus 1 c. water2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool and pour over potato mixture.
