How to make pork tenderloin with mustard sauce:
Mustard Sauce:2/3 c. sour cream2/3 c. mayonnaise2 Tbsp. dry mustard3 to 4 green onions, finely chopped Combine all Mustard Sauce ingredients, cover and chill.Combine soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish; add tenderloins. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning meat occasionally. Remove from marinade; place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160°. Serve with Mustard Sauce. Serves 8.
This is an excellent choice if you don't want to serve turkey or ham for the Christmas dinner.
