- oil - 1 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- cold milk - 1 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- small box instant pistachio pudding - 1 item
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan
- club soda or ginger ale - 1 c
- box instant pistachio pudding small - 1 item
How to make pistachio cake:
Combine all ingredients and beat well. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).Frosting:1 box Dream Whip (2 envelopes)1 box instant pistachio pudding (small)1 c. cold milk Mix Dream Whip and milk to stiff peaks.
