  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • small Cool Whip - 1 item
  • large cream cheese, room temperature - 1 item

How to make pineapple salad:

Heat pineapple and juice in medium size saucepan until boils. Dissolve Jell-O in hot pineapple. Beat cream cheese in mixture until smooth. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into mold or salad bowl.
