  • pkg - 1 oz
  • cold water
  • nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • miniature marshmallows
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • cans crushed pineapple, drained - 2 oz

How to make pineapple lime salad:

Boil 1 cup water; stir in jello. Add 1/2 cup cold water and lemon juice. Add jello to cream cheese and mix. Chill until thickened but not set. Fold in pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. Pour into ring mold and chill until firm.
