Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- can cream of coconut - 1 item
- box yellow pudding cake mix - 1 item
How to make pina colada cake:
Add 1 cup coconut to cake mix. Mix and bake according to directions using a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan. While cake is hot, punch holes in cake. Combine Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut.
