Ingredients/Components
- shortening - 3/4 c
- confectioners sugar - 3/4 c
- all-purpose flour
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan fingers:
Heat oven to 350°. Cream shortening and confectioners sugar. Blend in 1 1/2 cups flour. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients.
