  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 3 tsp
  • soft butter - 1 c

How to make pecan butter balls:

Stir together flour and sugar. Add butter and vanilla. Stir up. Add pecans; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake in ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 25 minutes until light brown. Roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
