  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • salted peanuts - 2 c
  • Land O Lakes butter, softened - 1/2 c

How to make peanut buttery cookies:

Heat oven to 350°. In a large mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in nuts. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
