Peanut buttery cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- salted peanuts - 2 c
- Land O Lakes butter, softened - 1/2 c
How to make peanut buttery cookies:
Heat oven to 350°. In a large mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in nuts. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately.
