Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
  • cream - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Cook to soft ball stage the sugar, cream, salt, milk and corn syrup. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm (110°). Do not stir. Add butter, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat until it loses its gloss.

I use this for chocolate fudge by adding 12 ounce package of chocolate chips instead of peanut butter.
