Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- peanut butter - 1 c
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- shortening or butter - 3/4 c
How to make peanut butter cookies:
Cream shortening, adding ingredients in order given, blending well after each addition. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour, making a crisscross, and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
