  • graham cracker crumbs
  • pkg - 12 oz
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item

How to make peanut butter chocolate squares:

In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs. (Mixture will be very thick.) Spread evenly into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Melt chocolate chips (I melt them in the microwave). Pour and spread over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate 1/2 hour and then cut into 1-inch squares (but leave in pan). Refrigerate additional 2 to 3 hours. Store in refrigerator.
