Ingredients/Components
- sliced peaches - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oleo - 2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Crisco - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
How to make peach cobbler:
Mix peaches with brown sugar and melted oleo. Place in round cake pan. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Cut in shortening. Add milk and mix well. Spoon over peaches. Bake on top rack of oven for 30 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Peaches.
