Ozark pudding

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/4 c
• baking powder
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• egg, well beaten - 1 item
• raw apples, diced - 1 c
• flour, heaped - 2 Tbsp

How to make ozark pudding:

Mix all together thoroughly, starting with egg and sugar. Preheat oven 325°. Turn into greased shallow pan and bake. When done, cut in 2-inch squares and serve with whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
