Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- baking powder
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- raw apples, diced - 1 c
- flour, heaped - 2 Tbsp
How to make ozark pudding:
Mix all together thoroughly, starting with egg and sugar. Preheat oven 325°. Turn into greased shallow pan and bake. When done, cut in 2-inch squares and serve with whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Apple.
