Ozark pudding
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- dark brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 1/2 c
- chopped, peeled apple - 1 c
How to make ozark pudding:
Beat eggs and sugar together until creamy. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Add vanilla, nuts and apple. Mix well. Pour into a 10-inch greased pie pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm with ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Apple.
