Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- dark brown sugar - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oats uncooked - 3 c
How to make oatmeal cookies:
Beat together shortening, sugar, egg, water and vanilla until creamy. Add combined remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
