Monkey bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- cans refrigerator biscuits - 4 item
How to make monkey bread:
Cut all biscuits into fourths. Place 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in paper sack. Add biscuit pieces, a few at a time; shake to coat well. Arrange sugar coated biscuit pieces in a well-greased Bundt pan or angel food cake pan. Place 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and margarine in pan; bring to a boil. Pour mixture over biscuit pieces. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Turn upside-down and remove from pan immediately. Pick pieces off with toothpick or fingers.
