Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cans 10 count buttermilk biscuits - 3 item
How to make monkey bread:
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Shake biscuit pieces in bag with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Layer biscuit pieces in bottom of a solid tube pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans between layers. Melt brown sugar and margarine. Boil 1 minute; pour over biscuits. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and then turn out of pan.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
