Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon
- brown sugar - 1 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Hungry Jack biscuits - 4 pkg
- Karo - 1 Tbsp
How to make monkey bread:
Divide each biscuit into fourths and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Drop into a lightly greased Bundt pan. Heat butter, brown sugar and Karo until dissolved. Pour mixture over biscuits. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes and invert onto a serving plate.Kids love this because they can pull off pieces and eat them with their fingers.
