Monkey bread
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- refrigerator biscuits
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
How to make monkey bread:
Put brown sugar and cinnamon in a brown lunch bag. Cut each biscuit into 4 sections and drop into lunch bag. Shake until the biscuit sections are coated. Drop into a greased Bundt pan. Continue until all biscuits are done. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top and add the other 3/4 cup brown sugar.Melt butter and pour over top, trying to saturate all the sugar. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes or until top layer of biscuits are done. Turn upside-down on a plate and remove Bundt pan. Serve warm.
