Mock pink champagne
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- can orange juice concentrate - 1 oz
- grenadine - 1/3 c
- bottle ginger ale, chilled - 1 oz
- can frozen grapefruit juice concentrate - 1 oz
How to make mock pink champagne:
Early in day, mix sugar with water in saucepan and boil 5 minutes. Cool and add frozen juices. Refrigerate. At serving time, add ginger ale and grenadine syrup. Stir lightly. Makes 1 1/2 quarts or 10 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
