Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- flour
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut
- cocoa - 2/3 c
- sticks margarine - 3 item
- Frosting:1 box powdered sugar
- canned milk - 1/2 c
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Frosting:1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/3 c. cocoa1 stick margarine1/2 c. canned milk Cream sugar, cocoa and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, coconut and pecans. Bake in a 9 x 15-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°.When done, spread jar of marshmallow cream on hot cake. Cool, then frost.
Frosting: Mix all ingredients well. Spread on cooled cake.
