Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- flour
- coconut - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- pecans - 1 c
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick oleo
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Frosting:1 stick oleo6 Tbsp. milk1/3 c. cocoa1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans Cake: Beat eggs and sugar together. Combine butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla, coconut and nuts. Add egg mixture. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Immediately spread Marshmallow Creme on top of cakeFrosting: Melt butter; remove from stove. Add all other ingredients. May want to combine cocoa with sugar, then beat all together. Add nuts and spread on warm cake.
