  • whole eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • diced bananas - 2 item
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c

How to make hummingbird cake:

Mix the first 4 ingredients well by hand. Add the remaining ingredients; mix by hand. Bake in a greased 8 1/2 x 13 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour at 325°,
