Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- Crisco oil - 1 c
- whole eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- diced bananas - 2 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
How to make hummingbird cake:
Mix the first 4 ingredients well by hand. Add the remaining ingredients; mix by hand. Bake in a greased 8 1/2 x 13 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour at 325°,Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
