Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- Karo - 1/4 c
- popcorn, popped - 1 c
How to make microwave caramel corn:
Spray Pam inside sack. Pour popcorn into sack. Melt margarine in a 4 cup measuring cup. Stir first 4 ingredients together. Cook 2 minutes on High after mixture starts to boil. Remove from microwave; add soda and stir well (foamy). Pour syrup over popped corn in paper sack. Fold down sack top twice. Cook sack and all 1 1/2 minutes on High. Loosen sack and shake like crazy.
