Mexican chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- tomato sauce - 1 can
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- cooked rice - 3 c
- diced green chilies - 1 can
- corn chips
- chicken breasts 6 halves, cooked, cut in large bite pieces - 3 item
How to make mexican chicken casserole:
Stir together rice and sour cream. Spoon into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the grated cheese. Mix chicken with sauce and pour over rice. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
