  • pepper - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • broth - 1 chicken,
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • large bag tortilla chips - 1 item

How to make mexican chicken:

Cut up chicken in small pieces. Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Add together soup, Ro-Tel and 1 cup of broth together. Pour over chicken. Dice up onion, pepper and cheese; put on next. Add crushed chips. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
