- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- broth - 1 chicken,
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- large bag tortilla chips - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Cut up chicken in small pieces. Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Add together soup, Ro-Tel and 1 cup of broth together. Pour over chicken. Dice up onion, pepper and cheese; put on next. Add crushed chips. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
