Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • box brown sugar - 1/2 item
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 6 oz
  • small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • small green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item

How to make meat loaf:

Mix first 6 ingredients together and form in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350° for about 30 to 40 minutes. Remove and top with ketchup, brown sugar and mustard mixture. Mix all together and spread on top of cooked meat loaf.
