Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- pork sausage - 1/2 lb
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- chili or barbecue sauce - 1 c
- Italian seasoning, grounded - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- crumbs bread, crackers or oats - 2 c
- diced carrot - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
How to make meat loaf:
Mix well in large bowl. Either divide and make 2 small loaves or make 1 large, topping both with tomato catsup. Cook at 250° for about 2 1/2 hours. Pack small potatoes and carrots around meat loaf. Cover with foil and cook the same as meat loaf.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
